Terms and conditions

THE ALL STARS TEAM promptly responds to demands mailed, faxed or telephoned, and presents the football club or another sports team with a specific offer comprising a service package and current price. The price reflects the length of stay, standard of accommodation, the range of service provided, as well as the season of the year. The price is always quoted per person per day. As a rule, the ordered service can be enjoyed by all participants of the stay.

THE ALL STARS TEAM concludes a Contract of Cooperation with the client in English 45 days prior to the scheduled beginning of the training camp at the latest. The Contract summerizes basic facts, as well as details concerning financial and cancellation conditions. On signing the Contract, the client pays a prepayment of 25 percent of the total sum. The rest is paid on the first day of the training camp at the latest. The actual commencement of the training camp is conditioned by paying the prepayment and the full payment in time. Payments are usually charged in euros, following an invoice.

THE ALL STARS TEAM has negotiated special prices with the selected hotels and sports centres and the clubs benefit from this. This gives an advantage to all the parties involved, since they can focus on their own tasks. As a result, hotels provide first-rate accommodation and catering, the All Stars Team offers the usual mediating and accompanying service and the clubs can proceed with their training undisturbed. The All Stars Team has a Match Agent's professional liability insurance with the Kooperativa insurance company.
